Tara is a an absolute joy! A family property was sold quickly and with saavy. Investors tried to low ball us over and over again. Tara assured us that going to the market was best. She negotiated the best deal and we were well pleased.

Tara is wonderful! I told Tara that we were going to want to purchase a home back in probably 2020. I shared with her some areas we were interested in and she set us up with the email alerts but that was it. Zero pressure! In early 2023 when I told her we were closer to being ready, she came to our home and helped us understand what to expect as well as took down our laundry list of needs. Ms. Tara was awesome! We had a different agent before her and we thought she was good, but once we met Ms. Tara we realized we had found someone who was great at her job! At our first meeting she came with information in hand and a wealth of knowledge that she was ready to share with us.
